Hi David, thank you for the comment. As long as it's under 55, it's still considered to have a low glycemic index I believe. At least according to WebMd. MedicineNet gives it a GI of 35 while WebMd gives it a 42. It does seem to be all over the place. However, to your point the University of Sydney Australia is giving it a 54. So I'll make the change in the article. Thank you for pointing this out. :0)
