This is an important article to highlight. I tend to do things myself because I think I can do it faster. As I get older I've realized this can be a dangerous mindset. I hung curtains two days ago and refused help. It's only after I fell off the window sill that I accepted help. I'm lucky I didn't break anything. It's my stupid pride that gets in the way. :0(
